Aprile

Nanni Moretti (Nanni Moretti) is trying to film a documentary about the 1996 Italian elections, with the left lining up for a rematch against Berlusconi, but his attention keeps slipping away. His partner Silvia (Silvia Nono) is expecting their first child, and the camera follows Moretti himself, playing a version of his own life, through the weeks of April. Two things need him at once, the election and the baby, and he can't give either one his full attention.
