“Family is stronger than fear.”

Paul (Nicolas Cage) and his twin sons Joseph (Jaeden Martell) and Thomas (Maxwell Jenkins) shut themselves in at dusk on a ruined Earth, because the creatures wake after dark. When Paul is nearly killed, the boys have to turn his lessons into a plan to keep him alive. Benjamin Brewer follows the family through the nights, and Paul learns whether the years of teaching his sons to survive were enough.
