Arena

“For a thousand years no human has been the champion. He wants to be the first.”

Steve Armstrong (Paul Satterfield) has spent his whole life training for one fight, and in the year 4038 he gets his chance at the championship of The Arena, an intergalactic boxing circuit on a distant space station. No human has competed there in over fifty years, and Rogor (Marc Alaimo), a ruthless alien crime lord, wants him dead before he reaches the ring. Peter Manoogian stages the bouts as loud, close-up brawls and builds the picture around the crowd's roar.
