Armitage: Dual Matrix

(2002)Directed by Katsuhito Akiyama90 minThriller, Action, Animation, Science Fiction, Adventure

Naomi Armitage (voice of Ryoka Yuzuki) wants only an ordinary life, and on Mars she has one, with her husband Ross Sylibus (Hikaru Hanada) and their daughter Yoko (Yuka Imai). It holds until an android riot breaks out at an anti-matter plant on Earth. Katsuhito Akiyama sets the family's quiet kitchen on Mars against that distant trouble, and nothing in the frame yet admits the two are connected.
