Arn: The Knight Templar

“A Knight in the Holy Land. A Woman in the Frozen North. A War that Kept Them Apart.”

Arn Magnusson (Joakim Nätterqvist), raised in a monastery as the son of a powerful Swedish nobleman, is sent to the Holy Land as a Knight Templar to do penance for a forbidden love. Peter Flinth directs this Swedish-led epic, the most expensive production in the country's cinema. Arn carries Cecilia (Sofia Helin) with him across the sea, and the distance does nothing to loosen what binds them.
