Aldo (Aldo Baglio), Giovanni (Giovanni Storti) and Giacomo (Giacomo Poretti) want to stage Cyrano de Bergerac, though for now they all work dead-end jobs. Then all three fall for the same woman, and the friendship that held the plan together comes apart. The credited directors are Aldo Baglio and Giovanni Storti, with the two leads also playing the roles, so the comedy comes from men who know each other's timing by heart.
