Asterix: The Mansions of the Gods

Astérix (Roger Carel) is the small, quick-witted warrior of a Gaulish village that the Roman army has never managed to take. Caesar decides to stop fighting it and build a Roman estate beside it instead, planning to turn the villagers into neighbors, and the centurion Oursenplus (Alexandre Astier) gets the job of overseeing the work. Louis Clichy, directing the first Asterix film animated in 3D, gives the old comic-book village rounded, tactile surfaces.
