Astral City: A Spiritual Journey

Dr. André Luiz (Renato Prieto) was a selfish man in life, and after he dies he wakes in Umbral, a swamp where he suffers for a long stretch. He is eventually pulled out by a white light and carried to Nosso Lar, "Our Home," a place of harmony and peace where Lisias (Fernando Alves Pinto) is among those who receive him. Wagner de Assis adapts the book by the medium Francisco Cândido Xavier, with a score by Philip Glass.
