Asura: The City of Madness

Nobody in Han Do-kyung's (Jung Woo-sung) world is clean, least of all the detective himself, a cop on the payroll of Mayor Park Seong-bae (Hwang Jung-min) who handles the dirty jobs. Then an Internal Affairs prosecutor (Kwak Do-won) and his own deals close in, and Kim Sung-soo, who spells his name Kim Sung-su on some posters, drops him between the two. Han has a sick wife and a long list of favors owed, and every one of them can be called in against him.
