At the Earth's Core

“4,000 miles to the center of the Earth to a world within a world”

David Innes (Doug McClure) wants to prove that Dr. Abner Perry (Peter Cushing) has built a machine that can bore straight through rock, and he climbs aboard to find out. The drill tears loose from their control and plunges to the center of the earth, to a twilight world called Pellucidar, where half-human creatures, lizard-like birds and man-eating plants wait. Kevin Connor's film sets the two men against it all with no way back to the surface they left.
