Dr. M.K. Nair (Fahadh Faasil) arrives at a psychiatric hospital in the high ranges of Kerala, a remote place that keeps its patients and its habits to itself. One patient, Nithya (Sai Pallavi), is autistic and has unusual skills, and he starts digging into her past. Vivek Thomas Varghese lets that inquiry run alongside Dr. Benjamin Diaz (Atul Kulkarni), and the closer Nair gets to her history, the more his own place in the hospital is at risk.
