People keep vanishing around a doll maker named Mr. Franz (John Hoyt), and the trail runs back to a ray that can shrink a person to the size of a doll. Bert I. Gordon, who also handled the special effects himself, shoots it in black and white with oversized props and a small cast. Bob Westley (John Agar) works in the shop, and Sally Reynolds (June Kenney) is the girl he loves, and he cannot stand to lose her.
