“The deadliest serial killer in U.S. history... is back”

Mick Branson (Shane West) and his wife Zoe (Leslie Bibb) are a couple short on money, scraping by until a storage-unit purchase turns up a serial killer's film reels. Jonathan Wright follows them as they decide to skip the police and chase the $100,000 reward on their own. Mick pushes deeper into the footage, and Zoe watches him come to believe he can finish what the law could not.
