Baasha

Manikkam (Rajinikanth) drives an auto rickshaw, keeps his head down, and walks away from every fight that comes looking for him. He lives quietly with his family, and when thugs start to lean on them, the man he used to be begins to surface. Suresh Krissna builds the film around that return, staging each fight and each pause as a held breath before Rajinikanth moves.
