Babe

“A little pig goes a long way.”

A piglet (Christine Cavanaugh) is won at a country fair and carried home to Farmer Hoggett's farm, where he takes the sheepdog Fly (Miriam Margolyes) for his mother. Chris Noonan fills the yard with a duck who thinks he is a rooster and a pig who wants to herd sheep. Hoggett is the only one who sees a gift in him, and a pig's place on a farm is not usually a safe one.
