Back to School

“He enrolled in college for the pursuit of finer things...like co-eds, shapely professors, fun and rock and roll.”

Thornton Melon (Rodney Dangerfield) made his fortune on his own, and he wants the one thing money never gave him, a college education. So he enrolls at the school his son Jason (Keith Gordon) already attends, with a bodyguard named Lou (Burt Young) and a long list of favors he can call in. Alan Metter keeps Thornton loud and cheerful in every scene, while Jason worries that his father's arrival will cost him the little standing he has on campus.
