“The world is in good hands.”

Kevin Pope, a Harvard-educated CIA agent, is killed in the middle of an operation, and the agency turns to his twin brother Jake Hayes (Chris Rock), a street-wise hustler who knows nothing about any of it. Oakes (Anthony Hopkins), a veteran agent, is sent to turn Jake into a convincing copy of his brother. Joel Schumacher sets it up as a race against the clock, with the mission still live and Jake the only person who can take Kevin's place.
