“Your most dangerous enemies are the friends you've double-crossed.”

A tiny device, injected into a victim, can kill on command, and someone has built it. Jeremiah Ecks (Antonio Banderas), an FBI agent, can stop the person who did, but only by working with Jane Sever (Lucy Liu), a rogue DIA agent who has been trying to kill him for years. Wych Kaosayananda directs, and Ecks has to trust the one person who wants him dead.
