Barbershop: The Next Cut

“Everybody's back for a fresh cut.”

The violence in Chicago is getting worse: crime and gangs are on the rise, and Calvin Palmer (Ice Cube) is afraid for his son. His shop is changing too, since he and Angie (Regina Hall) merged the barbershop and the beauty salon to stay open, which puts Eddie (Cedric the Entertainer) and the old crew in a room with sharp-tongued women. Malcolm D. Lee fills the shop with overlapping talk and lets everyone have their say.
