Barbie Roberts (Diana Kaarina), an actress on a break from her career, wants to spend time with her aunt Millicent (Patricia Drake) and help keep the family fashion house going. She travels to Paris and finds that Millicent has sold the business to a rival. William Lau follows her and the assistant Alice (Tabitha St. Germain) as three magical friends step in, and the film settles on Barbie among bolts of fabric and half-finished dresses.
