Merliah (Kelly Sheridan) is a surfing champion who spends her days on the waves, until she finds out she is a mermaid. Her dolphin friend leads her under the water to rescue her mother, the queen of Oceana. Adam Wood directs this CGI adventure, which is really about a girl learning that her family and her home reach further than she knew.
