“A Glowing Undersea Adventure!”

Lumina (Kelly Sheridan) is a mermaid who can change the color of pearls, and she spends her days styling hair at a mermaid salon. Her friends dress her in a gown for the royal ball, where villains are already moving to take the kingdom. Ezekiel Norton keeps the animation bright and the pace easy, so the whole film feels like being handed a warm cup of tea.
