Barefoot

“She's stepping out into the world.”

Jay Wheeler (Scott Speedman), the black sheep of a wealthy family, takes Daisy (Evan Rachel Wood), a psychiatric patient raised in isolation, home for his brother's wedding. She has never been among a crowd of relatives, and the Wheelers have never met anyone like her. Andrew Fleming keeps the camera on Daisy's plain, unguarded way of talking and lets the comedy come from how she answers a question.
