“This time he's not alone.”

Duane Bradley (Kevin Van Hentenryck) is still hauling his deformed twin brother Belial around in a wicker basket, and neither of them can go anywhere without being stared at. Granny Ruth (Annie Ross), a friend of their late aunt, offers them a place in her home for "unique individuals," where nobody is expected to hide. Frank Henenlotter plays the rubber-suited gore and the dry, flat-faced jokes at the same low-budget, late-night pitch.
