Batman (Kevin Conroy) and Nightwing (Loren Lester) need to stop a plot by Poison Ivy (Paget Brewster) and Jason Woodrue (Kevin Michael Richardson), and the only person who knows where to start is Harley Quinn (Melissa Rauch). So the two of them have to work with the Joker's sometime girlfriend. Sam Liu directs this follow-up to the Batman animated series, and the cost of getting it wrong is a threat that spreads across the whole world.
