“Gotham City's newest hero... or criminal?”

Batman (Kevin Conroy) has Gotham's usual trouble to deal with, including the Penguin, when a woman in a cowl starts working the same streets. Her methods are rougher than his, and he doesn't like how far she'll go. Directors Curt Geda and Tim Maltby send him after her identity while a criminal plot keeps growing, and the longer her name stays hidden, the more Gotham stands to lose.
