Battle of the Year

“The World is watching”

Battle of the Year is the international b-boy tournament where the best dance crews on earth compete, and the Americans haven't won it in fifteen years. Dante (Laz Alonso) hires Jason Blake (Josh Holloway), a down-on-his-luck coach, to build a team from the country's top dancers, and Benson Lee adapts his own documentary Planet B-Boy. Jason has to turn a roster that includes Franklyn (Josh Peck) into a crew, and Dante is the one who has to trust him to do it.
