“Some scars never heal.”

Henry Pearl (Bill Skarsgård) lives by night because a rare skin disease means sunlight is a risk he can't take. His mother, Tallulah (Paula Malcomson), has kept him close and watched over him his whole life. When Alison (Claire van der Boom)'s car breaks down one evening, Alison Eastwood's film puts a stranger in front of Henry, and a world he has only ever watched from his window starts to ask him to leave the house.
