Be with You

“A six-week miracle, a lifelong love.”

Takumi Aio (Shidou Nakamura) is a widower raising his six-year-old son Yuji (Akashi Takei), and neither of them has come to terms with the death of the boy's mother. One day they find a woman sheltering from the rain near their home, and she looks uncannily like the wife they lost. Nobuhiro Doi keeps the camera quiet and close, letting the three of them share the small spaces of an ordinary house.
