Beach Rats

On the outskirts of Brooklyn, Frankie (Harris Dickinson) drifts through his days with a group of delinquent friends and a family whose attention he can't shake. Eliza Hittman follows him as he starts searching hookup sites for older men, while Simone (Madeline Weinstein) shows up wanting a relationship from him. Frankie keeps his desires in separate compartments, and the film is about the cost of that.
