Beast of Blood

“See Human Heads Transplanted!”

Beast of Blood is a 1970 Filipino horror film, the fourth in Eddie Romero's Blood Island series, and it picks up after The Mad Doctor of Blood Island. Dr. Bill Foster (John Ashley) sails into the jungle where a scientist has built a monster, then kept its severed head alive in a serum he invented. Underneath the grindhouse gore sits a plain idea: a man who creates life cannot let it end.
