Beastly

“Love is never ugly.”

Kyle Kingson (Alex Pettyfer) is a rich New York teenager who wants to be the most admired boy at his school, and he has no patience for anyone who doesn't help him get there. After he crosses Kendra Hilferty (Mary-Kate Olsen), a spell leaves him monstrous, and Daniel Barnz follows him as he hides from the city while Lindy Taylor (Vanessa Hudgens) comes into his life. The film's one idea is plain: being loved depends on what a person is, not what he looks like.
