Bebe's Kids

“It's animation... with an attitude.”

Robin (Faizon Love) meets Jamika (Vanessa Bell Calloway) and thinks he has landed in heaven, until he meets the children she is looking after for her friend Bebe. Bruce W. Smith, directing his first feature, adapts a stand-up routine by Robin Harris, who died two years before the film came out. Robin tries to hold on to the date, and Jamika keeps showing up on the other side of the chaos.
