Before Sunset

“What if you had a second chance with the one that got away?”

Jesse (Ethan Hawke) wants one more hour in Paris. He is nine years past a single night in Vienna, which he turned into a novel, and he is on a European book tour with a flight to catch. Céline (Julie Delpy) finds him at the reading, both of them with other lives now, and Richard Linklater follows them as they talk their way through the afternoon, the plane waiting somewhere on the clock.
