Being Charlie

“Charlie is reckless. Charlie is defiant. Charlie is adrift.”

In Los Angeles, eighteen-year-old Charlie Mills (Nick Robinson) walks out of a youth drug treatment clinic and heads home. His parents meet him with an intervention and send him straight to an adult rehab, where he meets Eva (Morgan Saylor), a girl as guarded as he is. Rob Reiner directs from a script by his son Nick Reiner, who drew on his own addiction.
