Belgica

Two brothers who share almost nothing, Jo (Stef Aerts) and Frank (Tom Vermeir), open a bar together, and within weeks it becomes the regular hangout for nighthawks and the rock bands that come to play. Felix van Groeningen stays with the crowd and the noise as the place fills up. What the film keeps returning to is how a family business pulls on a family, and how brotherhood can turn into rivalry through no fault of either man.
