“Corruption has it's own set of rules.”

A murder case that should be routine keeps pointing toward rogue agents inside a top spy agency. Danny Gallagher (Karl Urban), a shamed former cop working as a private investigator, follows it anyway, with Rebecca (Sofía Vergara) and Jimmy Murtha (Andy Garcia) somewhere in the picture. Bobby Moresco builds the film around a man whose own disgrace is what he can't stop digging at.
