A neo-Nazi gang led by Donnie Hansen (Mark Rolston) has the small town under siege when martial arts instructor Tommy Lee (Phillip Rhee) comes home and steps in to defend a schoolteacher who spoke out against them. Rhee, who also directed, gives the fights a hard, fast rhythm. Sheriff Jack Banning (Christopher McDonald) looks the other way, and Tommy finds he can no longer walk off from a fight.
