Best Seller

“Writing A Book Is Easy. Writing A Best Seller Is Murder.”

In 1987, Dennis Meechum (Brian Dennehy) is a veteran cop who also writes crime novels, and his latest book has stopped selling. Then Cleve (James Woods), a career hit man, offers him a story: the jobs he did for one of the most powerful politicians in the country. John Flynn sends the two across the country collecting statements and evidence, while people with a lot to lose try to keep the story from ever being written.
