Beyond the Door

“Evil grows beyond the door!”

Jessica Barrett (Juliet Mills), a San Francisco wife and mother of two, starts showing signs of demonic possession while pregnant with her third child. She turns to her husband Robert (Gabriele Lavia) and her doctor for help, until a stranger named Dimitri (Richard Johnson) approaches her. Ovidio G. Assonitis shoots the Barrett house in grainy, flat 70s light, a home where the rooms stay ordinary while the woman inside them does not.
