Beyond the Sea

“In the era of cool, Bobby Darin was the soundtrack.”

Bobby Darin (Kevin Spacey) is a boy from the Bronx who grows into one of the biggest entertainers of his era, a singer and actor who wants to be remembered like the stars he admires. The story moves between his childhood and his grown-up years, with Sandra Dee (Kate Bosworth) as his wife. Spacey directed and co-wrote the film, and he sings every number in his own voice.
