Big Ass Spider!

Alex Mathis (Greg Grunberg) is a bug exterminator who just wants to be taken seriously, and then an alien spider breaks out of a military lab and starts growing across Los Angeles. Mike Mendez sends him after it with Jose Ramos (Lombardo Boyar), a hospital security guard who has no business anywhere near a fight like this. The two start out as strangers thrown together by the emergency, and they end up leaning on each other.
