Big Bang Love, Juvenile A

“A visually stylish tale of two male prisoners bonded by emotion, love and murder.”

Jun Ariyoshi (Ryuhei Matsuda) is a boy in a juvenile detention facility who wants the world to know he killed another inmate, and he says so without being asked. Takashi Miike sends two detectives into the case, which sits somewhere in an unknown future and never settles into a plain account of what happened. The cell block fills with tension between the boys, and the question under the confession is what these people owe to each other.
