Big Girls Don't Cry... They Get Even

“What’s a teenage girl to do with a crazy new stepfamily?”

Laura Chartoff (Hillary Wolf) wants out of a family made up of stepparents, half-siblings and relatives she never picked, and she runs away from home. Joan Micklin Silver follows the rest of them as the search throws David (Griffin Dunne), Barbara (Patricia Kalember) and the others into each other's company. Josh (Dan Futterman) and Corinne (Jenny Lewis) end up sharing the same rooms as the adults, and the house looks fuller than it ever did when she lived there.
