Big Gold Brick

“A 'cerebral' comedy.”

Nobody can say why Floyd Deveraux (Andy Garcia), a middle-aged father of two, wants his biography written, or why he picks Samuel Liston (Emory Cohen), a young writer still waiting on his first real break. Brian Petsos, directing for the first time, sends Samuel into Floyd's household, where Jacqueline (Megan Fox) and Lily (Lucy Hale) are part of the arrangement. The film treats a life story as a product a person can pay to have written.
