“Under his influence.”

Nobody can say why Zeke (Pete Davidson), a college dropout with no job and no plans, spends his days with a 16-year-old. Monroe (Griffin Gluck) follows him anyway, learning from Zeke how to party, deal drugs and talk to girls, while his father Reuben (Jon Cryer) tries to take the job of raising him back. Jason Orley's debut treats the friend you copy at sixteen as a teacher whose lessons you only sort out later.
