“One man. One dog. Who will stop it?”

A werewolf is terrorizing a traveling circus, so Scooby and the gang join up as performers to find out who is behind it. Shaggy (Matthew Lillard) and Scooby (Frank Welker) have to learn the acts, while Velma (Mindy Cohn), Daphne (Grey DeLisle) and Fred stay close to the ringmaster, Marcus Brancusi (Greg Ellis). Heather A. Maxwell keeps it a straight monster mystery, and Shaggy ends up in a circus costume next to a very nervous Great Dane.
