Birds Flying East

“The further you go the clearer you see.”

Mario (Luis Zahera) is a lawyer and keen birdwatcher who can't drive since a past accident, and he wants to see cranes at a lake in the Costa Brava. He pays Colombo (Javier Gutiérrez), who sells weed on the side of his 24-hour parking lot job, to take him from Valencia. At the lake the cranes have moved on to the Danube delta in Romania, and Pau Durà lets the two men drift east together.
