Black Dawn

“It's always darkest before dawn.”

Los Angeles is the target, and a group of terrorists is working toward a bombing there. Jonathan Cold (Steven Seagal), back from The Foreigner, goes undercover to get inside their circle, with Agent Amanda Stuart (Tamara Davies) tied to the effort. Alexander Gruszynski, in his first feature as director, cuts it fast, and Cold has to stop the group before the bomb goes off.
