Someone is pumping heroin into the orphanages and filling the neighborhood's corner stores with tainted malt liquor, and the only man willing to follow it to the top is Black Dynamite (Michael Jai White). His brother is dead, and he takes the case from the blood-soaked streets to the Honky House. Scott Sanders shoots it on grainy stock that looks pulled from a 1970s drive-in, played with a completely straight face.
